3 ways to let consumers go to physical stores

People enjoy shopping online nowadays. However, to bring customers back into stores, businesses are now trying to use below 3 new technologies.

At first, a 3D printer like the Mach 2XS can print out clothing, made just for the individual in size and style.

Secondly, a company is trying to use augmented reality, or AR technology in stores. It is a technology that creates computer-generated images and projects them in a way that they look real. Customers are amazed to see them and want to have their photograph taken with them.

At last, customer service robots might also become a common store experience. They know our shopping habits and what we need.

These technologies can help physical stores with getting consumers back.

I personally think that people will enjoy shopping online even if physical stores are improved more and more. I have 2 reasons below.

Firstly, those robots and characters that are usually seen in the shops are not attractive at all. Of course, I would like to talk to shop assistants and get advises from them. It’s not really a heartwarming way to talk with robots. And besides that, not so many people are eager to take pictures with the characters, I think. Japanese people are too shy to do so.

Secondly, online stores bring so much convenience that people are no longer interested in going to a physical store. For instance, we can now buy anything, anytime via a smart phone or a computer at home. Surely, we can see the details of the products and check it for ourselves so no need to worry at all. Its also very hassle free since all you have to do is to wait for the products to arrive at home.

For these two reasons, I think people will enjoy shopping online more than paying a visit at the physical stores. When I go to buy something in the physical stores, I have to tie my daughters with me tendencies are I can’t see the items slowly and carefully. Thus,I will continuously enjoy shopping online.
