バリューイングリッシュでは12月の頭に一泊の社内研修を実施しました。モアルボアルというセブ島の南西部にある小さな田舎町へのショートトリップ。代表忠内、Ems講師、Nana講師、Angel講師が参加しました。皆で今年一年を振り返り、バリューイングリッシュのさらなる発展に向けて、そして講師陣はより良い授業を提供できるよう、意見を出し合いました。一年を振り返り出てきた意見、各々の反省と抱負を少しシェアさせてください。
開校当初から在籍しているEms講師は、９年目にして一番の忙しさを味わったのが今年でした。彼女は朝から夜まで開講してくれていますが、英検前は１週間ほぼ空きのない状態が続くこともありました。持ち前の明るさで授業を引っ張ってくれる彼女、今後の活躍も期待します！
バリューイングリッシュで5年以上の指導経験があり、今年６月より復帰をしたAngel講師。
彼女の住んでいる地域は田舎でして、まだまだインターネットの環境が良いとは言えません。お客様にはご迷惑をお掛けすることもあり心苦しかったとのことですが、この仕事に誇りを感じてくれていることが、私たちもとても嬉しかったです。今後は新講師の指導も担当し、講師陣のさらなるスキルアップに力を貸してくれることになりそうです。楽しみです！
そして今やバリューイングリッシュの看板講師であり、新講師の研修を担当してくれているのがNana講師。予約が取りにくい状況が続いていてご迷惑をお掛けしていますが、来年度は授業だけでなく新講師の指導はもちろん、カリキュラム作成や授業内容の更新などバリューイングリッシュのより良い学校作りのためにさらに力を貸してくれることになりそうです。永続的なチームを作っていくことを目標とし、私たち日本人スタッフと力を合わせて邁進していく所存です。個人的には、来年の目標は「健康第一」だそうです！

The tireless tutors of Value English Online School are off to Moalboal beach resort. So please read on as I share to you the rest of our experience during our Christmas party.
Getting There
From Mactan Cebu International Airport, hail a white taxi cab to Cebu South Bus Terminal and pay about 300 php for a 30 minute drive. Hop on a rent a van which would cost about 3500 php plying straight to Moalboal resort . Prepare yourself for a 4-hour land travel.
Arriving at the resort after a long drive, everyone was exhausted so we immediately lodge ourselves to one of the most relaxing hotels around. We stayed overnight and had so much fun together chit chatting, laughing, talking about good memories for the entire year. There are good deal of restaurants or eateries in the area which are basically owned by foreign people catering global cuisines say, Asian and Western. You can pick your choice! As a team, we decided to dine in and relished a sumptuous dinner with a little wine to cheer everyone up. We even played card games after. Such a perfect day for us.
Things To Do
Anything under the sun as long as you are not disturbing anyone or destroying the ecosystem. There are also snorkeling, scuba diving, and other marine activities. Swimming gears were available for rent. There are also boats for rent if you want to do a little island hopping.Snorkeling was our choice since there’s a beautiful shoal of fish a few meters from the shore. Afterwards, we had our breakfast in a French restaurant to get ready for our next activity.
Overall, if you’re an adventurous type of person, love marine activities and are looking for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, then Moalboal Resort is perfect for you. Just grab your backpack and go. Trust me, its worth-visiting. Thank you for the opportunity VE. Til next trip.
